THE QUARRY THAT FOLDS INWARD

Shila Museum is a spatial journey beginning with raw material — stone — unfolding through layered levels that reveal the depth of the earth. As the quarry folds inward, the visitor moves through stone, water, shadow, and reflection, where silent matter transforms into a symbol of memory, spirit, and return to one’s roots.

ManMaTIC is a prospective architectural framework for a place where humans and intelligent systems work together. It explores how a building can operate as a machine rooted in its ground — reading site conditions, processing them through human–machine collaboration, and translating them into architectural, technological, and social impact. The project treats the institution as a living system that learns from the site, improves what operates on it, and produces value for both the community and the logistics landscape.

A PROSPECTIVE KNOWLEDGE ENGINE FOR TESTING AND EXPANDING HUMAN–MACHINE INTEGRATION

The ManMaTIC Field is a digital interface that brings the project’s research, thesis framework, case studies, evaluation criteria, design iterations, systems, drawings, and outputs into one connected environment. It works as a shared knowledge base between the designer and Orion, allowing ideas and decisions to be traced, tested, refined, expanded, or reduced according to the project’s own intentions, standards, limitations, and opportunities. Rather than presenting the process as separate documents, the field organises it as a readable network of knowledge, evidence, design decisions, and architectural outcomes.

A Thermodynamic Framework for Algorithmic Logistics in Aqaba

Protocol Port is a prospective human–machine collaboration environment in Aqaba, where students, developers, researchers, and logistics actors work with intelligent systems to study site conditions, develop operational protocols, and test their deployment within the logistics landscape. The project uses the site itself as an active source of data and action, transforming local conditions into protocols that can support logistics performance, guide human learning, and generate impact for the port, the community, and the wider territory.

The equation is evaluated across a defined parameter range, producing multiple numerical outputs rather than a single value. These outputs are assigned to the X, Y, and Z axes to generate points in three-dimensional space. The points are reconstructed as a spatial curve, which becomes the geometric framework for the architectural form.
